What is a Fitness camp?
FT Fitness camps is a fitness programme designed to get you to your physical goals in the shortest, safest possible time regardless of your fitness level through quality fitness instruction, nutritional coaching, and motivational training.

The program starts by building the foundations for success, getting the mind prepared and focused on the task ahead. Having the correct mindset from the start is key in reaching your physical goals.

FT Fitness stands for fast track fitness, our camps provide a fast and successful way of reaching your fitness and weight loss targets. We provide a structured and friendly training environment, with like minded people.

What if I am too busy too and just don't have time?
The truth of the matter is that you can always make time if you really want to change the way you look and feel. Don't let the next 6 months be like the last 6 months.

What is a normal exercise session like?
The exercise sessions are deigned to be different, to challenge your body, prevent boredom and to maximize your results. Light running, core body, body weight, team training, obstacle course and resistance training. Its about having fun, meeting new people and burning fat. This is an adventure!

Will I be sore sometimes?
Most people feel sore for the first 3-4 days. Its part of the process and a way of letting you know its working! After the first few weeks your body will adapt and the soreness will reduce.

What will you need for your workout?
  • A bottle of water: You should drink a few sips before the workout. You may carry the bottle during the workout, but it's not required.
  • What should you wear? Comfortable clothing and a good pair of running or cross training shoes.
  • Meeting Place: Canonsgrove Sports Hall. Student residential campus just outside Trull near Taunton.  You will also receive an email from myself with more details.
